Free shipping in the US in orders over $70 USD, it will automatically be applied in your order. It must be before taxes.

 

SHIPPING PRICE

The price is calculated on the weight of the package.  We use several postal carriers to provide the best options available.

 

LOST PACKAGES

Coffee Gorí is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they register that they have been delivered. If you find yourself in this situation please send an email to contact@coffeegori.com with all the information registered at the time of purchase and we will contact USPS to give you an answer. PLEASE BE SURE TO RECORD THE CORRECT INFORMATION AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE.

 

DAMAGES

If you receive a defective or damaged Coffee Gorí product, please send an email to contact@coffeegori.com in the first 48hours and send photos. We are going to replace it.

 

FRAUDULENT CHARGES

Our system notifies us when a potentially fraudulent purchase has been made. If the purchase is considered to be potentially fraudulent, the buyer will be contacted immediately and may be required to confirm identity. We are not able to ship until confirming the purchase with the customer. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause however this policy is in place to protect you.

 

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes may not be combined with other discount offers or promotions. Offer may not be applied to previous purchases. Discount will be applied before shipping, handling, and tax. Some exclusions may apply.

 

RETURNS

Coffee Gorí works so that our clients feel satisfied with the product and the service that we offer. For this reason, if you are not satisfied with the product, send us an email at contact@coffeegori.com, explaining the reason you are not satisfied with the product.  We reserve the right to reject the return in case there is no just cause. DOES NOT APPLY TO PRODUCTS THAT HAVE BEEN APPLIED TO A DISCOUNT AND/OR PROMOTION. We cannot process any returns without first being contacted.
